Repair Services
All repairs are performed by certified technicians. Pricing is provided as an estimate; final price may vary based on diagnosis. We will contact you before proceeding if the cost differs from the estimate.
90-Day Warranty
All repairs carry a 90-day limited warranty covering parts and labor. This warranty covers defects in the repaired component only. Physical damage, water damage, or issues unrelated to the repair are not covered.
Unclaimed Devices
Devices not picked up within 30 days of notification will be considered abandoned. ePhone Services reserves the right to dispose of unclaimed devices after 60 days.
Data Responsibility
We recommend backing up your device before any repair. ePhone Services is not responsible for data loss during the repair process.
