Repairs Warranty:
- * We offer a solid 90-day limited warranty on all our repair services. Please note that physical damage is not covered under warranty.
- * The warranty does not entail a money-back guarantee unless, unfortunately, we are unable to fix your device*.
- * we require a copy of the sales order (Receipt). Keep your receipt safe, as we cannot provide warranty service without it.
Water Damage:
* Our warranty does not extend to cover water damage, physical damage, or unauthorized tampering or repair.
Unlocking / Flashing:
* Please be aware that all unlocking and flashing costs are final. We cannot be held responsible for phone failures resulting from hardware software issues or data loss during the flashing process.
* If your phone software is updated, phone numbers are changed, master resets/clears are performed, or *228 updates are completed, the customer is responsible for data re-flash.
Data Transfer:
Special Orders:
* Special orders are non-returnable, non-cancellable, and non-refundable. Please make sure of your choice before placing a special order.
* Unclaimed special orders left beyond 30 days will forfeit all deposits and become the property of ePhone Services.
Accessory Returns:
* We accept accessory returns within 15 days, provided the original packaging is intact. A 25% restocking fee applies to returns.
* Labor charges are not refundable.
Unclaimed Repairs:
Repairs left unclaimed for 15 days from the date of service will become the property of ePhone Services, including partial or fully paid repairs. So, remember to pick up your repaired device within 15 days!
